I have finally got around to updating the Observatory pages with details on the new observatory build, and the revised automation project. I am increasingly pleased with the new build – aprt from looking nice in the garden, I am actually using it more!
I found, because the old roof was so heavy and not very smooth at rolling, I was reluctant to go out and open/close it. Now, it’s a joy to be able to push it – almost seems a shame to automate it! Almost…!
